Kavach ( कवच ) means armour. We didn't choose that word lightly.

Engineered Where Roads Stop Making Sense

When we say field-tested, we mean Upper Mustang at 4,000 metres and above. We mean the switchbacks of the worlds toughest himalayan highways in monsoon. We mean road surfaces that no testing lab was ever designed to simulate.

Every jacket, trouser, glove, and armour insert that leaves our Kathmandu facility has been calibrated against conditions that break ordinary gear. The Himalayas don't grade on a curve — and neither do we.

The Technical Standard

Kavach gear uses CE-certified — Level 1 and Level 2 protectors— the same impact protection certified to Europian Confirmity and the benchmarks trusted by professional riders globally. We build using internationally graded, premium raw materials: abrasion-resistant, weatherproof, and breathable across altitude and climate extremes.

Every stitch, zip, seam, and armour pocket is quality-controlled in our Kathmandu workshop. We don't import our standards. We exceed them — then we ride them into the ground to be sure.
We will always tell you exactly what protection rating your gear carries — CE Level 2, CE Level 1, or none. We will never mislead. An informed rider is a safer rider.
