These Terms govern your use of kavachgears.com and every purchase you make through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to ride by these rules.

Kavach Gears is a technical riding protection company. We engineer CE-certified riding gear — built and tested in the Himalayas, where the road stops being predictable and protection stops being optional.

We are registered as Himalayan Accessories Pvt. Ltd., operating under the Kavach Gears trademark. VAT: 602405191

One standard we never compromise: Every CE rating shown on our products is stated explicitly — Level 1, Level 2, or no rating. No inflated claims. No fine print engineering.

Product Information
All product specifications, CE certifications, sizing data, and pricing on kavachgears.com are provided in good faith and maintained to the highest accuracy we can manage.

CE Ratings — stated per item, always. Level 1, Level 2, or no rating. Never implied. Never assumed.

Sizing — use our size finder before ordering. Riding gear that doesn't fit doesn't protect. Accurate measurement is your first line of defence.

Stock Status — "In Stock" means available for immediate nationwide dispatch. Out-of-stock items are marked clearly.

Material Variation — our gear is manufactured in Kathmandu using premium international-grade materials. Minor variation in leather texture or dye lot is inherent to the material, not a defect.

Product Photography — images are shot both in natural light and studio light and we try to represent the product accurately. Slight colour variation due to display calibration is normal and not grounds for return and may differ in some gadgets screen type and setting.

If what you receive doesn't match the listed specification, contact us within 10 days for a return or exchange.

Who Can Order 
You must be 18 or older to purchase from kavachgears.com. By placing an order, you're entering a binding agreement to purchase at the listed price.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are incomplete, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

Pricing
All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR), taxes included. Prices may change without notice — but your order locks in the price at the moment of checkout.

Free Shipping All orders above NPR 5,000 ship free, nationwide across Nepal. For orders below that threshold, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and delivery speed.

How It Ships Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. Shipments move through our logistics partners — Pathao Parcel, Upaye, Nepal Can, or equivalent.

Kavach Gears is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or government restrictions.

High-Value Orders Signature may be required on delivery. If no one is available, the courier will attempt redelivery or hold at their nearest facility.

Order Didn't Arrive? Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number, tracking ID, and any delivery attempt documentation. We'll trace it and resolve it.

Riding gear must fit precisely to function. We offer a 10-day return window — no friction, no interrogation.

Return Process

Refund Method Refunds are returned to your original payment method — card or wallet. COD orders are refunded as store credit or applied toward a future purchase.

Extended Return Window If fit issues emerge beyond the 10-day window, we offer a 15-day extended return — subject to inspection and condition assessment. A logistics fee of NPR 500 applies to extended returns.

Warranty
CE-Certified Products All CE Level 1 and Level 2 rated gear carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. CE certification confirms our gear meets international impact transmission standards — it is not a personal injury guarantee.

Materials & Construction 2-year warranty covering stitching integrity, seams, zips, and material quality. Normal wear — fading, minor scuffing, leather patina — is not a warranty issue. It's the gear doing its job.

Our gear is manufactured in Kathmandu by skilled Nepali women artisans — trained to an international production standard, working in safe conditions, earning fair wages.
This is not a footnote. It's how we build.
When you ride in Kavach gear, you're backed by precision manufacturing and a production floor we're proud to show anyone.
We also engineer riding gear for women riders — because protection is a technical requirement, not a demographic consideration. Every rider on every road deserves gear that was built for them.

Intellectual Property
All content on kavachgears.com — product designs, images, descriptions, technical guides, and brand assets — is owned by Kavach Gears / Himalayan Accessories Pvt. Ltd. or its licensed partners.
You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially use our designs, brand name, or content without written permission.

Your Reviews & Photos When you share reviews or images on our platform, you grant us permission to use them for marketing and community content. We'll credit you by name unless you opt out.

Liability
On Riding Safety Kavach gear is engineered to reduce injury risk. CE certification confirms compliance with impact transmission standards. No gear — anywhere in the world — eliminates injury risk entirely.

You ride at your own risk. Kavach Gears is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages sustained while riding, regardless of the gear worn. Ride with full protection. Ride responsibly.

On Website & Services Kavach Gears is not liable for website downtime, data loss, third-party service failures (payment gateways, logistics), or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Maximum Liability Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Prohibited Conduct
When using kavachgears.com, you agree not to:

Consequences: First offence — written warning. Repeat offences — account suspension or permanent ban. Illegal activity — reported to Nepal authorities.

Indemnification
You agree to hold Kavach Gears, its owners, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website or products, or any breach of applicable law.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

Disputes are resolved on an individual basis. No class action claims.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the business evolves. Changes are posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance. We'll notify active customers by email when changes are material.
